Celem projektu jest wzrost dostępności i jakości usług społecznych w okresie 01.06.2019 – 31.05.2022, zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykl. społecznemu, dla 138 (83K/55M) uczestników wsparcia, mieszkańców woj. Śląskiego. Grupa doc.: to osoby niesamodzielne po 60 roku życia, zagr. ubóstwem lub wykl. społ., oraz ich otoczenie. W proj. realizowane będą specjalistyczne usługi opiekuńcze w miejscu zamieszkania, sąsiedzkie usługi opiekuńcze oraz usługi telemedyczne z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technologii. Proj. zakłada objęcie 138 os. (83K; 55M) - zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykl. społ. - usługami społecznymi (specj. i sąsiedz.), świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym oraz utworzenie 128 miejsc świadczenia usług społ. istniejących po zakończeniu projektu.
