Celem projektu jest zwiększenie odsetka ludności korzystającego z systemu oczyszczania ścieków zgodnego z dyrektywą dotyczącą ścieków komunalnych.Zostanie zrealizowany Etap V bud. kanaliz. sanit.(Zadania 1 do 5) w msc.Porzecze, Bobrza, Przyjmo i część Ćmińska dł.25,09 km w tym:22,20 km kanały grawitacyjne,2,37 km kanały tłoczne,0,52 km kanał ciśnieniowy.Wybudowanych zostanie 5 przepompowni sieciowych i 9 przepompowni przydomowych.Zakupione zostanie urządzenie ciśnieniowe czyszczące z zamontowanym zestawem do kamerowania rur. Rozbudowana zostanie sieć wodociągowa na dł. 1,7 km, oraz wymieniona sieć wodociągowa w msc.Bobrza,Przyjmo,Ćmińsk na dł. 8,00 km (Zadania 1 do 6).Wyremontowane zostaną 3 zbiorniki retencyjne,zakupiony zostanie agregat prądotwórczy do stacji wodociągowej. Uwzględniono rob.powtórzeniowe dla sieci kan. i wodociąg. oraz koszty zarządz.projektem,koszty oprac.dokument. projekt.w tym SW i zakup działek.Realizacja Etapu V pozwoli uzyskać wskaźnik skanalizowania gminy na terenie aglomeracji w wysokości 100%.Nad robotami sprawowany będzie nadzór inwestorski i autorski.Zapewnimy promocję projektu,a nad prawidłową realizacją będzie czuwał zespół projektowy (pracownicy UG).Zostaną osiągnięte nast. wskaźniki: Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków (RLM) (CI 19)-2.283,Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego zaopatrzenia w wodę (osoby) (CI 18)-1135,Długość wybudowanej kanalizacji sanitarnej (km)–25,09, Długość wybudowanej sieci wodociągowej (km)-1,70,Długość przebudowanej sieci wodociągowej (km)-8,00.Nie przewiduje się:obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami, szkoleń w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych,kosztów racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami,wzrostu zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach EPC i wspieranych podmiotach EPC,liczby utrzymanych miejsc pracy EPC i nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy EPC.
