The purpose of this project is to purchase additional equipment and equipment for the Voluntary Fire Service Unit in Poland, which is an extinguishing agent. The project will be carried out in the area of Połaniec (Świętokrzyskie Province). The main objective of the project is to effectively prevent potential risks, including the protection of human life, the protection of the physical object of the population and the reduction of the negative effects on the environment. In order to facilitate rescue operations under the project, the purchase of a rescue — firefighting vehicle as well as of additional equipment and specific equipment for the Voluntary Fire Department unit in Poland is planned. The specific objective of the project is to: improve the equipment of TSOs, rejuvenate the rolling stock of TSOs, professionalise TSOs, improve the safety of inhabitants, improve the working conditions of firefighters, improve the role and role of TSOs among the public, encourage volunteer services in TSOs. The necessity of the project is due to the need to ensure the safety of both the inhabitants and the environment. In spite of the well trained firefighters who continually upgrade their skills and qualifications, existing shortcomings in terms of accessibility to modern specialised equipment do not always allow for the efficient performance of their tasks. The purpose of the project is in line with the specific objectives set for Priority Axis 4. The RIP 2014-2020 “Natural and cultural heritage” and the objective of Action 4.1 “Combatting the consequences of natural disasters and addressing their consequences”. Project indicators: Number of firefighting vehicles equipped for rescue and post-disaster clean-up measures — 1, Number of emergency services equipped to carry out emergency rescue and clean-up equipment -1, Number of persons covered by protection against other risk than flood — 11 968 (Source: feasibility study data).     summary
    Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest zakup dodatkowego sprzętu i wyposażenia dla jednostki Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Połańcu będącej w Krajowym Systemie Ratowniczo – Gaśniczym. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie Gminy Połaniec (woj. świętokrzyskie). Głównym założeniem realizacji przedmiotowego projektu jest skuteczne zapobieganie potencjalnym zagrożeniom, w tym ochrona życia ludzkiego, ochrona dobra materialnego mieszkańców, jak i ograniczenie negatywnych skutków na środowisko naturalne. W celu usprawnienia akcji ratowniczych w ramach projektu planuje się zakup samochodu ratowniczo - gaśniczego oraz dodatkowego sprzętu i wyposażenia specjalistycznego dla jednostki Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Połańcu. Celem szczegółowym projektu jest: poprawa wyposażenia OSP, odmłodzenie taboru wozów bojowych OSP, sprofesjonalizowanie OSP, poprawa bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców, poprawa warunków pracy strażaków, podniesienie roli i znaczenia OSP wśród społeczeństwa, zachęcenie do ochotniczej służby w OSP. Konieczność realizacji projektu wynika z potrzeb w zakresie zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa zarówno mieszkańcom jak i środowisku. Pomimo dobrze wyszkolonych strażaków, którzy systematycznie podnoszą swoje umiejętności i kwalifikacje, istniejące braki w zakresie dostępności do nowoczesnego sprzętu specjalistycznego nie zawsze pozwalają na sprawne wykonywanie zadań. Cel projektu jest zgodny z celami szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla Osi priorytetowej 4. RPOWŚ 2014-2020 "Dziedzictwo naturalne i kulturowe" oraz celem działania 4.1 "Przeciwdziałanie skutkom klęsk żywiołowych oraz usuwanie ich skutków". Wskaźniki projektu: Liczba zakupionych wozów pożarniczych wyposażonych w sprzęt do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof – 1,Liczba jednostek służb ratowniczych doposażonych w sprzęt do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof -1, Liczba osób objętych ochroną przed innymi niż powódź zagrożeniami -11 968 (Źródło: dane Studium Wykonalności).
