The project constitutes the first stage of implementation of the housing estate of 650 years in Bartoszyce and consists of the creation of road infrastructure, together with street lighting for communication services, along with the armament of the areas (construction of water supply, sanitary sewage system, rainwater drainage) marked in the current MPZP of Bartoszyce City Council (BARTOszyce City Council Resolution No. XLV/262/2006 of 30 March 2006). The scope of the project relates to the area identified in the above-mentioned MPZP as 19 UHR Areas of the proposed commercial and craft services. The communication services of this area were determined only from the designed internal street. A detailed description of the project can be found in Annex 5 to the application in the extract from the technical documentation, while the graphic part in the extract and engraving of the MPZP. The project will be implemented by the Bartoszyce City Hall in the field of competence of the Technical and Investment Faculty. The most important stages of project implementation include: — selection of an economic operator in the Public Procurement Law procedure (a contract was signed with the contractor in the first quarter. 2017), – proper implementation in kind and financial of the investment within the period from quarter I. 2017 to III sq. 2018. The project fits into the assumptions set out in the SzOOP RPO WiM fulfilling the objective of sub-measure 1.3.4 Investment areas defined as better conditions for the development of SMEs. Przedsięwzięcie stanowi I etap realizacyjny osiedla 650-lecia w Bartoszycach i polega na stworzeniu infrastruktury drogowej wraz z oświetleniem ulicznym do obsługi komunikacyjnej wraz z uzbrojeniem terenów (wykonanie wodociągu, kanalizacji sanitarnej, kanalizacji deszczowej) oznaczonych w obowiązującym MPZP miasta Bartoszyce (Uchwała Rady Miasta Bartoszyce Nr XLV/262/2006 z dnia 30 marca 2006 r.). Zakres przedmiotowego projektu dotyczy obszaru oznaczonego w powyższym MPZP jako 19 UHR Teren projektowanych usług handlowych i rzemieślniczych. Obsługa komunikacyjna tego terenu określona została wyłącznie z projektowanej ulicy wewnętrznej. Szczegółowy opis projektu znajduje się w Załączniku nr 5 do wniosku w wyciągu z dokumentacji technicznej, natomiast część graficzna w wypisie i wyrysie MPZP. Projekt będzie wdrażany przez Urząd Miasta Bartoszyce w zakresie kompetencji Wydziału Techniczno-Inwestycyjnego. Do najważniejszych etapów realizacji projektu należy zaliczyć: - wyłonienie wykonawcy w procedurze Prawa zamówień publicznych (założono podpisanie umowy z wykonawcą w I kw. 2017), - właściwą realizację rzeczową i finansową inwestycji w terminie od I kw. 2017 do III kw. 2018. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM realizując cel Poddziałania 1.3.4 Tereny inwestycyjne określony jako Lepsze warunki do rozwoju MŚP.
