The subject of the project “Preparing the site for future investments by curing the land, the construction of an external rainwater sewer installation” is the preparation of the sites owned by Ajram Sp.z o.o. in order to develop its production potential and thus the development of the whole company. The intervention will result in increased private investment in addition to public support. This is consistent with the provisions of the SzOOP RPO WiM for Axis I. The project in particular creates better conditions for the development of msp and serves the development of intelligent specialisation Wood and furniture. The project includes the next investment work: land-conditioning and the construction of rainwater drainage. It will be implemented on plots with no.: 22/78, 22/61, 22/79, 22/82, 22/83, 22/50, 22/86, 22/73, 22/8. The area is located in the immediate vicinity of the S7 expressway, the depth of the route connecting north and south of the country, close to the Gronowo-Mamonowo border crossing point, the port in Gdynia and the terminal in Elbląg.Technical solutions for the construction of a production hall and sawmill storage facilities will create opportunities to achieve the objectives of: development of production, increased revenues and strengthening the competitiveness of Ajram Sp. z o.o. Thanks to the creation of new investment areas where new facilities will be created, the applicant will be able to compete with other furniture companies, not only from the region. The investment will allow the applicant to introduce a new product – furniture richly decorated to the Ukrainian market. In accordance with Article 2(49) of the Treaty. Commission (EU) No 651/2014 of 17.06. 2014 ‘initial investment’ means, inter alia, an increase in the production capacity of an existing plant, diversification of the production of the plant through the introduction of products not previously produced in the plant. The investment covered by the project is an investment in new tangible fixed assets, which will serve to increase production capacity and introduce new products in an existing plant. Przedmiotem projektu „Przygotowanie terenu pod przyszłe inwestycje poprzez utwardzenie terenu, wykonanie instalacji zewnętrznej kanalizacji deszczowej” jest przygotowanie terenów będących własnością przedsiębiorstwa AJRAM Sp.z o.o. w celu rozw. jego potencjału produkcyjnego a tym samym rozwój całej firmy. Rezultatem interwencji będzie wzrost inwestycji prywatnych uzupełniających wsparcie publiczne. Jest to zgodne z zapisami SzOOP RPO WiM dla Osi I. Projekt w szczególności stwarza lepsze warunki dla rozwoju mśp a także służy rozwojowi inteligentnej specjalizacji Drewno i meblarstwo. Projekt obejmuje nast.prace inwest.:utwardzenie terenu i budowę kanalizacji deszczowej. Będzie realizowany na działkach o nr ew: 22/78, 22/61, 22/79, 22/82, 22/83, 22/50, 22/86, 22/73, 22/8. Teren położony jest w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie drogi ekspresowej S7, gł. szlaku łączącego płn i pd kraju, w niedalekiej odl. od przejścia granicznego Gronowo-Mamonowo, portu w Gdyni i terminala przeł. w Elblągu.Rozwiązania techniczne służące w przyszłości budowie hali produkcyjnej i składowiska tarcicy stworzą możliwości do realizacji celów jakimi są: rozwój prod., wzrost dochodów oraz wzmocnienie konkurencyjności firmy AJRAM Sp. z o.o. Dzięki stworzeniu nowych terenów inwest, na których powstaną nowe obiekty prod. wnioskodawca będzie w stanie konkurować z innymi firmami meblarskimi, nie tylko z regionu. Inwest. pozwoli wnioskodawcy na wprowadzenie na rynek nowego produktu - mebli bogato zdobionych gł. na rynek ukraiński. Zgodnie z Art. 2 pkt 49 Rozp. Komisji (UE) nr 651/2014 z dnia17.06. 2014 r. „inwestycja początkowa” oznacza m.in. zwiększenie zdolności produkcyjnej istniejącego zakładu, dywersyfikacje produkcji zakładu poprzez wprowadzenie produktów uprzednio nieprodukowanych w zakładzie. Inwestycja objęta projektem jest inwestycją w nowe rzeczowe aktywa trwałe, które posłużą zwiększeniu zdolności produkcyjnych oraz wprowadzeniu nowych produktów w istniejącym zakładzie. (Polish)
