Celem projektu jest nabycie kompetencji komputerowych co najmniej w obszarach: Komunikacja, Tworzenie treści, Informacja, w terminie 1.1-31.10.2019, przez co najmniej 90% spośród 140 osób (80K, 60M) w wieku 50 lat i więcej oraz os. o niskich kwalifikacjach w wieku 25l i więcej.
