The project will help to address, among other things, problemy:niska of the region’s innovators and competitions, a poor provision of institutional services and business sciences, lack of infrastructure services. R & D and staff, and will contribute to the objectives of the ROP WiM, Axis I and the Dz. R & D and innovation of business in Ob.Smart spec.thanks to O.B and R.D. Making full functionality of the infrastructure will be possible without the completion of the project without the additionality of the activities. the risk analysis was followed by the SW with an analysis of the risk with the indication of how to remedy the incentive. the incentive effect was met by the planning of the project after the expiry of the DOF contract. and there has been no action leading to commitments on investment in the R & D infrasound (R & D) infrastructure. Przedmiotem projektu jest wyposażenie UWM w spec.aparaturę lab-badawczą,umiejscowioną w nowo wybudowanych i modernizowanych obiektach.Celem jest zwiększenie potencjału badawczego i jego komercyjnego wykorzystania.Cele projektu będą realizowane przez inwestycje na 7 wydz UWM w Olsztynie lokalizacja inwestycji Olsztyn woj Warmińsko-Mazurskie zaplanował wykorzystanie części gosp.(31%) i części niegosp. (69%).Rozliczenie oparte na strukt.czasu pracy.Realizacja projektu oparta będzie o agendę badawczą opr.z podmiotami gosp.Projekt dotyczy 3 RIS woj.Zakres badań, usług i aparatury B+R został dost.do potrzeb badawczych przedsiębiorstw oraz UWM.Dostęp do infrastruktury odbywać się będzie na przejrzystych i niedyskr.zasadach.Projekt ma zasięg regionalny,krajowy i międzynar.Przyczyni się do wzmocnienia gosp.całego regionu poprzez wyższy udział nakładów w B+R,poprawę dostos.kwalifikacji kadr do potrzeb rynku.Do realizacji nowoczesnych badań niezbędny będzie zakup innowacyjnej aparatury lab.,tak aby rezultaty tych badań i prac B+R mogły być porównywalne do tych z renomowanych jedn.naukowych.Najważniejsze etapy projektu:1:Prace bud. i modern.,2:Zakup aparatury i wypos.labor.,3:Dz.anim.współpracę sekt.nauki z sekt.prywatnym. Realizacja projektu pozwoli rozwiązać m.in.problemy:niska innowac. i konkur.firm regionu,słaba oferta usług instytucjonalnych i współpr.nauki z biznesem,brak odp.infras. B+R i wyspec.kadry,a także przyczyni się do realizacji założeń SzOOP RPO WiM,Oś I wz.urynkowienia dz. B+R i wzrost innowacyjności firm w Ob.Inteligentne spec.dzięki dz.B+R.Wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infrastr.będzie możliwe bezp.po zakończeniu realizacji projektu bez dodatk.działań.Wykonano w SW analizę ryzyka wraz ze wskazaniem śr.zaradczych.Efekt zachęty został spełniony poprzez zaplanowanie rzecz.realizacji projektu po terminie podp.umowy o dof.,a także nie nastąpiły żadne działania skutkujące podjęciem zobowiązań związanych z inwestycją w infrastruk B+R (Polish)
