Celem wydatkowania środków w ramach Działania 11.2 jest wzmocnienie potencjału administracyjnego jednostek uczestniczących we wdrażaniu RPOWŚ 2014-2020. W ramach Działania 11.2 realizowane będą wydatki związane z zatrudnieniem personelu zaangażowanego we wdrażanie RPOWŚ 2014-2020, podnoszeniem kwalifikacji, wdrażaniem systemu motywacji pracowników oraz koszty delegacji i podróży służbowych pracowników. Ponadto przewidziane jest wsparcie procesu wyboru projektów np. wynagrodzenia ekspertów zewnętrznych oraz koszty kontroli realizacji projektów na miejscu (koszty delegacji służbowych pracowników Oddziału Kontroli DW EFS). Działanie 11.2 obejmować również będzie koszty organizacyjne oraz administracyjne, zakupy sprzętu i wyposażenia na potrzeby pracowników zaangażowanych we wdrażanie RPOWŚ 2014-2020. (Polish)
