Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup 4 nowych niskoemisyjnych (hybrydowych) autobusów na potrzeby Gminy Rędziny. Nowy tabor zastąpi 4 przestarzałe autobusy wykorzystywane do świadczenia usług publicznych w zakresie transportu zbiorowego pomiędzy gminą Rędziny a miastem Częstochowa. W ramach inwestycji zapewniona zostanie promocja projektu. Celem głównym projektu jest: Zwiększenie atrakcyjności transportu publicznego dla pasażerów poprzez poprawę jakości świadczonych usług przez Gminny Zakład Komunikacyjny w Rędzinach. Cele szczegółowe: 1) Zapewnienie odpowiedniego standardu usług komunikacyjnych umożliwiającego realizacje? celo´w publicznych, gospodarczych i bytowych, 2) Rozwój systemu komunikacyjnego obsługującego aktywizujące się gospodarczo i społecznie tereny gminy, 3) Kształtowanie układu komunikacyjnego w oparciu o systemy proekologiczne oraz przyje?te w perspektywie kierunki rozwoju zagospodarowania przestrzennego.
