Celem wydatkowania środków w ramach Działania 11.2 jest wzmocnienie potencjału administracyjnego jednostek uczestniczących we wdrażaniu RPOWŚ 2014-2020. W ramach Działania 11.2 realizowane będą wydatki związane z zatrudnieniem personelu zaangażowanego we wdrażanie RPOWŚ 2014-2020, podnoszeniem kwalifikacji oraz wdrażaniem systemu motywacji pracowników. Ponadto, finansowanie dotyczyć będzie kosztów organizacyjnych oraz administracyjnych, zakup sprzętu i wyposażenia na potrzeby pracowników zaangażowanych we wdrażanie RPOWŚ 2014-2020. Wsparciem objęte będą koszty prac Komitetu Monitorującego; Grup Roboczych; konsultacji społecznych, spotkań ciał doradczych, ekspertów zewnętrznych, działalności Obserwatorium Rozwoju Regionalnego, archiwizacji i przechowywania dokumentów.
