Projekt „W drodze do sukcesu” realizowany będzie na terenie Gminy Konopiska w okresie od 01.04.2018-31.12.2020 i ma na celu wzrost zdolności do osób z terenu gminy Konopiska wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Obejmuje wsparciem 35 uczestników spośród osób lub rodzin, z opisanych w punkcie B.11 grup. Projekt przewiduje realizację zadań związanych z działaniami na rzecz aktywnej integracji, zatrudnienia pracownika socjalnego realizującego wspólnie z uczestnikami projektu ścieżki reintegracji społeczno zawodowej.
