Celem głównym proj. jest podniesienie u uczniów komp.kluczowych, właściwych postaw i umiejętn. niezbędnych na rynku pracy min.90% uczniów: tj.257ucz(117dz,140ch),w tym zniwelow. deficyt. u 83ucz(30dz,53ch) ze specj.potrz.eduk., w tym 8ucz(2dz,6ch) z niepełnospraw. poprzez realiz. zaj.dod. i specjalist. oraz podniesienie komp. zawod. 100% n-li. tj.40n-li(34K,6M) w miejskiej gminie Kalety w terminie do 30.06.2021r. Grupa docelowa to 285ucz.(130dz,155ch), oraz 40n-li(34K,6M) ze szkół podstawowych: SP1 Kalety i Zespół Szkół i Przedszkola w Kaletach Miotku. Realizowane będą zaj. dod. i dydak.wyrów. rozwijające komp. kluczowe uczniów, zaj. specjalistyczne dla uczniów z SPE,oraz szkolenia dla n-li. Szkoły zostaną wyposażone w sprzęt niezbędny do prowadzenia nowoczesnych, innowacyjnych zajęć oraz doposażone zostaną pracownie przedmiot.Miejscem realiz.proj. są w/w szkoły w których zrekrutowani zostali uczniowie.
