Celem projektu jest wzrost do 2019 roku poziomu kluczowych kompetencji u 1329 uczniów i 1303 uczennic wskazanych w projekcie mysłowickich szkół podstawowych, poprzez udział w oferowanych formach wsparcia oraz wzrost efektywności i jakości kształcenia, w tym metodą eksperymentu w 14 szkołach. W ramach projektu realizowany będzie I i II typ operacji wskazany w dokumentacji konkursowej. Grupę docelową stanowią uczniowie i uczennice kl.
