Celem głównym w projekcie jest,podniesienie wiedzy, wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych i zmniejszenie dysproporcji w osiągnięciach uczniów w porównaniu do najlepszych w skali regionu. Grupa docelowa to uczniowie i nauczyciele uczący się, pracujący i mieszkający na terenie woj. śląskiego w wiejskiej gminie Lelów. Stanowi ją 84 uczniów w tym 43 dziewczynki oraz 12 nauczycieli w tym 11 kobiet z Zespołu Szkolno Przedszkolnego w Lelowie. Zadania w projekcie będą realizowane od stycznia 2016 do czerwca 2017. Wskaźnik, który projekt planuje osiągnąć to podniesienie wiedzy i umiejętności minimum 80% uczniów, oraz podniesienie kwalifikacji i kompetencji minimum 80% nauczycieli. Miejscem realizacji projektu jest wyłącznie szkoła podstawowa w Lelowie. (Polish)
