Projekt "Klucz do sukcesu – akademia rozwoju ucznia ZSP Rzuchów", którego celem jest wsparcie małej, wiejskiej szkoły w procesie indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem skierowany jest do 57 uczniów (30 dziewcząt i 27 chłopców) ZSP w Rzuchowie, przejawiających indywidualne potrzeby rozwojowe i edukacyjne oraz przekraczających dwa pierwsze progi edukacyjne. W ramach realizacji projektu uczniowie młodsi skorzystają z dodatkowych zajęć psychoedukacyjnych oraz stymulujących ich wszechstronny rozwój m.in. sferę poznawczą, emocjonalną i społeczną. Uczniowie ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi uzyskają kompleksowe wsparcie w ramach dodatkowych zajęć uzupełniających ofertę szkoły. Nauczyciele podniosą swoje kompetencje w zakresie indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych. Jeden nauczyciel ukończy studia podyplomowe z zakresu terapii pedagogicznej. Projekt realizowany będzie od 01.09.2018 do 31.12.2019 w Zespole Szkolno-Przedszkolnym w Rzuchowie – Gmina Kornowac. (Polish)
