Projekt dotyczy podwyższenia jakości i atrakcyjności usług edukacyjnych poprzez realizację programów i zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe (KK) i przygotowujących w przyszłości do aktywnego i efektywnego uczestnictwa na rynku pracy. Grupę Docelową stanowi 539 uczniów(U) 280 kobiet(K) i 259 mężczyzn(M); 65 nauczycieli(N) 50 K i 15 M ze SP w Pietrzykowicach oraz ZSO w Łodygowicach. Zadania: Kształtowanie i rozwijanie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, tworzenie w szkołach warunków do nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu, zajęcia z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz wsparcie ucznia młodszego, szkolenia dla nauczycieli.
