Projekt dot. budowy nowego Przedszkola z Oddz. Integracyjnym we Włoszczowie,do którego przeniesione zostanie zaplecze dydakt. z istniejącego przedszkola,które zgodnie z Ekspertyzą Techniczną nie może być dłużej eksploatowane. Z analizy SWOT Kompleksowego Planu Rozwoju Edukacji w Gminie Włoszczowa na lata 2016–2021 oraz Wystąpienia Pokontrolnego NIK wynika,że niewystarczająca infrastruktura przedszkoli i liczba miejsc w placówkach jest jednym z głównych niedoborów występujących na terenie gminy w dziedzinie edukacji. Przedszkole będzie w pełni przystosowane do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych (pochylnia i infr. sanitarna).Dzięki realizacji inwestycji zostaną utworzone 2 nowe grupy przedszk. oraz wdrożone nowe zajęcia dodatk., w tym szachowe, terapii pedagog. i zajęcia z psychologiem.Na całościowe rozwiązanie problemu wpłynie zagospodarowanie otoczenia przedszkola,w tym plac zabaw.Nowe przedszkole zapewni miejsca opieki dla 170 dzieci.W placówce mieścić się będzie 7 sal dydak.,w tym 1 dla oddziału integracyjnego z możliwością adaptacji dla 20 dzieci.Wszystkie sale przedszk. wyposażone zostaną w niezależne węzły sanit. dostosowane do grupy wiekowej oraz magazyny sprzętu podręcznego.Cel główny „Poprawa warunków rozwoju dzieci poprzez inwestycję w rozwój infrastruktury przedszkolnej” jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym Osi priorytetowej 7 i Dział. 7.4 RPOWŚ.Zrealizowane zostaną wskaźniki: "L. projektów,w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami"-1 szt.,"L. wspartych obiektów infrastruktury przedszk."-1 szt.; "L. osób objętych szkol./doradz. w zakresie kompet. cyfr." - 0;„L. obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami”-1 szt.;"Potencjał objętej wsparciem infrastruktury w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastruktury edukacyjnej" - 195 osób;„Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach -4 EPC; „L. utrzymanych miejsc pracy” - 0 EPC; „L. nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy – pozostałe formy” 0 EPC. The analysis of the SWOT Comprehensive Education Development Plan in the Włoszczowa Municipality for the years 2016-2021 and the post-control output of the NIK show that insufficient kindergarten infrastructure and number of places in institutions are one of the main shortages in the area of education in the municipality. The kindergarten will be fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities (the slipway and sanitary infringement).Thanks to the implementation of the investment will be created 2 new groups of kindergartens. and implemented new activities additive., including chess, pedagogical therapy. and psychologist classes.The comprehensive solution of the problem will affect the development of the infrastructure of the kindergarten area, including the playground. 7.4 Poland.Indicators will be implemented: “L. projects which financed the costs of rational improvement for people with disabilities”-1 pcs,“L. supported facilities for pre-glacial infrastructure.”-1 pcs; “L. persons covered by the school./advice on competence. digits." – 0;"L. facilities adapted to the needs of people with disabilities"-1 pieces;"Potential covered by childcare or educational infrastructure support" – 195 people;"Increase employment in supported entities – 4 FTEs; ‘L. maintained jobs’ – 0 FTEs; “L. newly created jobs – other forms” 0 EPC.
