The main objective of the project is to implement actions to protect the environment by reducing emissions of air and greenhouse gases, which will result from the construction of infrastructure for the generation of electricity from renewable energy sources (solar energy). The planned investment will include the construction of photovoltaic installations on the roofs of P.W. Paweł Szostak buildings. Energy from RES, produced as a result of the project, will be dedicated to own needs related to the activity carried out. In relation to the project, output indicators will be achieved: Number of enterprises receiving support of 1 pieces; Number of built electricity generation units from RES-5 pieces; and the result: Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions of 410,3 tonnes/year; Electricity production from newly built RES- 514,16MWhe/year; Additional renewable electricity generation capacity – 0,51 MWe; Employment growth in supported enterprises-1EPC. The above actions have been included and are consistent with the specific objective of the Regional Operational Programme of Świętokrzyskie Voivodship for the years 2014-2020 (WWŚ RPO) under Priority Axis 3. Celem głównym projektu jest realizacja działań służących ochronie środowiska poprzez ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza i gazów cieplarnianych, które będą wynikiem budowy infrastruktury służącej do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej pochodzącej z odnawialnego źródła energii (energii słonecznej). Planowa inwestycja obejmować będzie budowę instalacji fotowoltaicznych na dachach budynków P.W. Paweł Szostak. Energia z OZE, wyprodukowana w wyniku realizacji projektu, będzie przeznaczona na własne potrzeby związane z prowadzoną działalnością. W związku z projektem osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki produktu: Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie–1szt.; Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE-5szt.; oraz rezultatu: Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych-410,3ton/rok; Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE- 514,16MWhe/rok; Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych–0,51 MWe; Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach-1EPC. Powyższe działania zostały ujęte i są zgodne z celem szczegółowym Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Świętokrzyskiego na lata 2014-2020 (RPO WŚ) w ramach Osi Priorytetowej 3.
