The subject of the project is the implementation of solar heating systems (236 pieces) and photovoltaic installations (189 pieces) for the production of electricity in the Połaniec, Oleśnica and Łubnice and Gradnica communes. Ultimately, the project will result in: — reducing the demand for energy produced from a current heat source, which produces air pollutants in the form of harmful substances; — enabling the production of CWU for household purposes. The following indicators will be achieved as a result of the project: 1) 189 photovoltaic installations with a total installed capacity of 0,71 MWe (712,32 kWe) 2) 236 solar collector installations with a total installed capacity 0,89 MWt (898.130 kWt) 3) 740.48 tonnes CO2/year 4) 641.09 MWhe energy production el. 5) 439.03 MWht of the production of thermal energy P is in fact in line with the objectives of the action by implementing the regional policy in the field of low economy and renewable energy production, increasing the attractiveness of the region in this area. The target group consists of residents of communes and voivodships, indirectly feeling the positive impact of the project for the immediate environment. The project shall be in line with the specific objectives of Priority Axis 3. EFFICIENT AND GREEN ENERGY: 1) Increased share of e. produced from RES in total energy production in Świętokrzyskie voivodship. 2) Increased efficiency of e. companies operating in Świętokrzyskie voivodship. 3) Increased energy efficiency of public buildings and the housing sector. 4) Reduced emissions of dust and harmful substances into the atmosphere including NOx (0,8746 t) and total particulate matter TSP (0,1683 t). The project falls within its scope to achieve the objective of Action 3.1. i.e. “Increased share of energy produced from RES in total energy production in Świętokrzyskie voivodship”. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie solarnych systemów grzewczych (236 szt.) oraz instalacji fotowoltaicznych (189 szt.) do produkcji energii elektrycznej w Gminie Połaniec, Oleśnica i Łubnice i Stopnica. Docelowo efektem projektu będzie: - zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię wytwarzaną z bieżącego źródła ciepła, przy produkcji której powstają zanieczyszczenia powietrza w postaci szkodliwych substancji; - umożliwienie wytwarzania CWU na potrzeby gospodarstwa domowego. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: 1) 189 instalacje fotowoltaiczne o łącznej mocy zainstalowanej 0,71 MWe (712,32 kWe) 2) 236 instalacje kolektorów słonecznych o łącznej mocy zainstalowanej 0,89 MWt (898,130 kWt) 3) 740,48 tony równoważnika CO2/rok 4) 641,09 MWhe produkcji energii el. 5) 439,03 MWht produkcji energii cieplnej P w swej istocie wpisuje się w cele działania realizując politykę regionu w zakresie gospodarki nisk. oraz produkcji energii z OZE, podnosząc atrakcyjność woj. w tym obszarze. Grupę docelową stanowią mieszkańcy gmin i województwa, pośrednio odczuwający pozytywny wpływ projektu dla najbliższego otoczenia. Projekt wpisuje się w realizację celów szczegółowych Osi priorytetowej nr 3. EFEKTYWNA I ZIELONA ENERGIA: 1) Zwiększony udział e.produkowanej z OZE w ogólnej produkcji energii w województwie świętokrzyskim. 2) Zwiększona efektywność e. przedsiębiorstw prowadzących działalność w województwie świętokrzyskim. 3) Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków publicznych oraz sektora mieszkaniowego. 4) Ograniczona emisja pyłów i substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery w tym NOx (0,8746 t) oraz pył zawieszony całkowity TSP (0,1683 t). Projekt wpisuje się swoim zakresem w realizację celu Działania 3.1. tj. „Zwiększony udział energii produkowanej z OZE w ogólnej produkcji energii w województwie świętokrzyskim”.
