This task consists of the construction of new photovoltaic installations and new solar collectors, using renewable energy sources (RES) for individual residential buildings in the Włoszczów Municipality, so it is in line with the specific objectives of Priority Axis 3 and the objective of Action 3.1, which is to increase the share of energy produced from RES in total energy production in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The purpose of the investment is to replace conventional fuels and energy with ecological energy, thereby reducing emissions of hazardous substances into the atmosphere, including: —An estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions – 805,01 teqCO2/year – Additional renewable electricity generation capacity – 0.72 MWe – Additional capacity to generate heat from renewable sources – 0,67 MWt Photovoltaic installations will not be equipped with batteries for storing electricity, and the excess electricity produced will be stored temporarily in the grid, from which it will be picked up by the “producer” at the moment he needs it. As part of the project, the following will be installed on residential or commercial buildings: — 154 new complete sets of solar collectors for the production of hot water, consisting of 2, 3 or 4 flat manifolds, with a power of 3,17/4,75/6,33 kW respectively, with a collector surface area of approx. 4/6/8 m², with 6 complete sets of installations being placed on the ground as stand-alone, – 221 new complete sets of photovoltaic installations for the production of electricity, consisting of 7 to 20 panels, with a power from 1.96 kW to 5.60 kW, with a surface area of photovoltaic panels from 14 m² to 40 m², with 28 complete sets of installations being placed on the ground as free-standing.     Przedmiotowe zadanie polega na budowie nowych instalacji fotowoltaicznych oraz nowych kolektorów słonecznych,wykorzystujące odnawialne źródło energii(OZE)dla potrzeb indywidualnych budynków mieszkalnych w Gminie Włoszczowa,a więc jest zgodny z celami szczegółowymi Osi Priorytetowej 3 oraz celem Działania 3.1,którym jest zwiększenie udziału energii produkowanej z OZE w ogólnej produkcji energii w woj. świętokrzyskim. Energia wytworzona z poszczególnych instalacji będzie wykorzystana na potrzeby własne obiektów.Celem inwestycji jest zastąpienie konwencjonalnych paliw i energii energią ekologiczną,przez co zostanie zredukowana emisja niebezpiecznych substancji do atmosfery,w tym: -Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych – 805,01 teqCO2/rok - Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych – 0,72 MWe - Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii cieplnej ze źródeł odnawialnych – 0,67 MWt Instalacje fotowoltaiczne nie będą wyposażone w akumulatory,służące do magazynowania energii elektrycznej,a nadmiar wyprodukowanej energii elektrycznej zostanie zmagazynowany tymczasowo w sieci,skąd zostanie odebrany przez „producenta” w momencie gdy będzie tego potrzebował. W ramach projektu na budynkach mieszkalnych lub gospodarczych zostaną zamontowane: - 154 nowe kompletne zestawy instalacji kolektorów słonecznych na potrzeby wytwarzania ciepłej wody użytkowej, składające się z 2, 3 lub 4 kolektorów płaskich, o mocy odpowiednio 3,17 / 4,75 / 6,33 kW, o powierzchni kolektorów odpowiednio ok. 4 / 6 / 8 m2, przy czym 6 kompletnych zestawów instalacji zostanie umieszczonych na gruncie jako wolnostojące, - 221 nowe kompletne zestawy instalacji fotowoltaicznych na potrzeby produkowania energii elektrycznej, składające się z od 7 do 20 paneli, o mocy od 1,96 kW do 5,60 kW, o powierzchni paneli fotowoltaicznych ok. od 14 m2 do 40 m2, przy czym 28 kompletnych zestawów instalacji zostanie umieszczonych na gruncie jako wolnostojące.
