| Property / summary: The subject of the investment is the purchase of fixed assets in the form of 2 machines for the handling and production of sheet, press and hydraulic shearing machines, of the CNC. The bought press will enable you to write down to the intended new products and to go to the new products. it will make it possible to go and perforated to new products. The equipment will increase the quality, precision and efficiency of the products to date, thus reducing the unit costs of the products produced. As a result of the project and the acquisition of two new equipment, the Company will extend and complement the production of the light bands of BAL Union2000 to 3 new products (regional/national innovation): smoke flaps, electronic boxes and shapes. It will also put in place a process of innovation that has not yet been applied in the region/country in the construction sector. The technology used will also allow the efficient implementation of complex elements which, due to their specific nature, are difficult to handle and cannot be exercised at that time. The implementation of investments and the use of innovative solutions will improve the competitiveness of the company. The project is in line with ROP WŚ 2014-2020 with investment priority 3c “Supporting the creation and extension of advanced capacities for the development of products and services” and the specific objective of “increased uptake of innovation in SMEs”. The products of the project are: number of enterprises receiving subsidies: 1, private investment in support of public support for enterprises (grants): PLN 654872,24, the number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the company: 1 pcs, number of enterprises supported to introduce new market products: 1 units The results of the project are: number of process innovations: 1 pcs, number of product innovations: 3 pcs, increase of employment in supported enterprises: 5 people. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest zakup środków trwałych w postaci 2 maszyn do obróbki blach i produkcji detali - prasy krawędziowej i hydraulicznej wykrawarki rewolwerowej, sterowanych CNC. Zakupiona prasa umożliwi gięcie detali do planowanych nowych produktów, wykrawarka umożliwi wykrawanie i perforowanie detali do nowych produktów. Urządzenia wpłyną na zwiększenie jakości, precyzji i wydajność dotychczas wykonywanych produktów, obniżając przy tym koszty jednostkowe produkowanych detali. W wyniku realizacji projektu i pozyskania dwóch nowych urządzeń Spółka rozszerzy i uzupełnieni produkcję pasm świetlnych BAL Unilight 2000 o 3 nowe produkty (innowacja regionalna/krajowa): klapy dymowe, kasety elewacyjne oraz kształtowe obróbki blacharskie. Wdrożona zostanie także innowacja procesowa niestosowana dotychczas w regionie/kraju w branży budowlanej. Zastosowana technologia pozwoli również na efektywne wykonywanie skomplikowanych elementów, które ze względu na swoją specyfikę są trudne w obróbce i na ten moment nie mogły być wykonywane. Realizacja inwestycji i zastosowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań wpłynie na podniesienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa. Projekt jest zgodny z RPO WŚ 2014-2020 z priorytetem inwestycyjnym 3c „Wspieranie tworzenia i poszerzania zaawansowanych zdolności w zakresie rozwoju produktów i usług” oraz celem szczegółowym „zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP”. Produktami projektu są: liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje: 1 szt., inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje): 654872,24 zł, liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy: 1 szt., liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku: 1 szt. Rezultatami projektu są: liczba wprowadzonych innowacji procesowych: 1 szt., liczba wprowadzonych innowacji produktowych: 3 szt., wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach: 5 osób.
