The situation of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion in the labour market is very difficult. The project will support people at risk of poverty and social exclusion as referred to in the Social Employment Act and aims at comprehensive support for such people. The aim of the project is to increase the participation of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion and the employability of those who are unemployed and to create conditions for the development of working life in the region. Through the tasks planned in the project, beneficiaries will receive comprehensive support in the field of psychological and professional counselling, as well as support of a supported employment coach, the possibility of using vocational courses and internships with employers on the open labour market. The project will be implemented in the Będzin district and will cover 96 people living in this county within 24 months (including 53 women and 43 men). (English) | |||||||||||||||

Sytuacja osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym na rynku pracy jest bardzo trudna. Projekt obejmie wsparciem osoby zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, o których mowa w ustawie o zatrudnieniu socjalnym i ma na celu kompleksowe wsparcie takich osób. Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy oraz stworzenie warunków dla rozwoju aktywności zawodowej w regionie. Poprzez zaplanowane w projekcie zadania beneficjenci otrzymają kompleksowe wsparcie w zakresie poradnictwa psychologicznego i zawodowego, a także wsparcie trenera zatrudnienia wspieranego, możliwość skorzystania z kursów zawodowych i staży zawodowych u pracodawców na otwartym rynku pracy. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie powiatu będzińskiego i obejmie 96 osób zamieszkujących ten powiat w okresie 24 miesięcy ( w tym 53 kobiety i 43 mężczyzn). (Polish)
