The project involves the purchase of two 4-axis CNC machining centers. Thanks to innovative CNC machines, it will be possible to manufacture machine and equipment drive elements (but also cams, camshafts, etc.) for retail orders. These will be unique, designed for a particular machine or device that will not be produced in series. Due to unprecedented solutions, such machines have elements whose unit execution is for most companies either unavailable (no machines) or unprofitable (too long production time due to the use of several machines in relation to the price of the details). To this end, the company made contact with the Danish company ProInvent A/S teknologiudvikling with Horsholm. It is a company specialising in the design of modern and specialised machinery and equipment drives. The purchase of machinery will allow the components of these drives to be manufactured and thus to enter the European market with products. The company SIGMATECH II will therefore start building recognition of its brand on foreign markets, initially among customers under individual complex orders, and over time among customers with serial production. As a result of the project, 4 new jobs will be created. The project will be implemented in the period until 31.12.2017. The project fits in with the objectives of axis 2, as the quality and diversification of the portfolio of offered products will be improved through the purchase of modern machinery, including the implementation of ICT. There will also be an increase in the level of competitiveness of the company based on technological and product innovation, the project is compatible with the regional smart specialisations of the Świętokrzyskie province “Research and Innovation Strategy (RIS3)”. The project fits in with the specialisation of metal and foundry industry – sub-area 3. Machinery and equipment for general and special purpose – cocks, valves, bearings, gears, drive elements. W wyniku realizacji projektu utworzone zostaną 4 nowe stanowiska pracy. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie do 31.12.2017r. świętokrzyskiego „Strategii Badań i Innowacyjności (RIS3)”. Projekt wpisuje się w specjalizację Przemysł metalowo-odlewniczy – podobszar 3. Maszyny i urządzenia ogólnego i specjalnego przeznaczenia – kurki, zawory, łożyska, koła zębate, elementy napędów.
