Przedmiotem projektu są działania termomodernizacyjne w budynku użyteczności publicznej Zespołu Szkół nr 2, zlokalizowanym w Koniecpolu, przy ul. Szkolnej 17 Zakres prac budowlano-instalacyjnych obejmuje: - docieplenie przegród zewnętrznych i stropodachów; - wymianę okien i drzwi zewnętrznych; - poprawę sprawności wentylacji grawitacyjnej w budynku z nadbudową kominów; - wymianę instalacji centralnego ogrzewania wraz z grzejnikami, - wymianę węzła cieplnego na kompaktowy dwufunkcyjny (obiekt zasilany jest z sieci miejskiej) z zastosowaniem 2 pomocniczych powietrznych pomp ciepła - modernizację systemu przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej poprzez wymianę instalacji, cyrkulacji, zastosowanie płaszczowego wymiennika ciepła do centralnego przygotowania ciepłej wody wraz z wymianą armatury na wodooszczędną. - montaż 5 szt. paneli fotowoltaicznych (Polish)
