Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej stanowiącego siedzibę Miejskiego Zarządu Budynków w Raciborzu. Zakres projektu obejmuje: 1.Termomodernizację budynku: - prace przygotowawcze, - docieplenie ścian, - docieplenie pokrycia dachu, - wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, - instalację odgromową – demontaż i montaż. 2.Modernizację systemu grzewczego: - zakup i montaż grzejników płytowych wraz z elementami koniecznymi do wymiany instalacji c.o. (aparaty grzejne, zawory termostatyczne, rury miedziane, kształtki zawory, izolacje otulinami jednowarstwowymi gr. 30 mm) 3.Wymianę wewnętrznych źródeł światła: - świetlówki ledowe (energooszczędne) - 125 szt., żarówki ledowe - 65 szt., naświetlacz LED 20 W – 1 szt. Beneficjentem projektu jest Miasto Racibórz. Realizatorem projektu oraz operatorem infrastruktury powstałej w ramach inwestycji będzie Miejski Zarząd Budynków w Raciborzu. (Polish)
