Przedmiotem projektu jest montaż instalacji służących do produkcji energii cieplnej i elektrycznej, w tym instalacji OZE w 49 budynkach, należących do Mieszkańców Gminy Psary. Działania te przyczynią się do realizacji celu głównego projektu, jakim jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej jednorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych w Gminie Psary. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów bezpośrednich, które są odpowiedzią na zdefiniowane problemy: - Ograniczenie strat energii podczas ogrzewania budynków oraz obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania - Zwiększenie produkcji energii z instalacji OZE - Redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza atmosferycznego - Poprawa warunków użytkowania obiektów oraz zwiększenie komfortu życia Mieszkańców Korzyści z przeprowadzenia prac zastąpienia tradycyjnych nośników energii (w tym głównie węgla) na ekologiczne: biomasę, energię ze słońca, gaz odniosą przede wszystkim Mieszkańcy. The subject of the project is the installation of installations for the production of heat and electricity, including RES installations in 49 buildings belonging to the Residents of Psary Municipality. These activities will contribute to the main project objective of improving the energy efficiency of single-family residential buildings in the Psara Municipality. This objective will be achieved through the achievement of the direct objectives, which respond to the identified problems: — Reduction of energy losses during heating of buildings and reduction of heating costs – Increasing energy production from RES installations – Reduction of emissions of pollutants into atmospheric air – Improving conditions of use of buildings and increasing the comfort of lives of Residents Benefits from carrying out work to replace traditional energy carriers (including mainly coal) with ecological: biomass, energy from the sun, gas will be primarily carried out by the inhabitants.
