Projekt obejmuje kompleksową termomodernizację budynków zlokalizowanych w Pławniowicach przy ul. Gliwickiej 107. Zaplanowany w ramach projektu zakres prac przyczyni się do redukcji zużycia energii cieplnej, ograniczenia kosztów ogrzewania oraz obniżenia emisji szkodliwych substancji do otoczenia, dlatego też w ramach przedsięwzięcia zaplanowano następujące główne rodzaje robót: - modernizacja źródła ciepła - modernizacja instalacji C.O. jako elementu kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynków - ocieplenie ścian piwnic przy gruncie, - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, - docieplenie stropu i stropodachu, - docieplenie ścian na poddaszu oddzielających przestrzeń ogrzewaną od nieogrzewanej, - wymianę okien, - wymiana drzwi wewnętrznych oddzielających przestrzeń ogrzewaną od nieogrzewanej - montaż systemu wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno – wywiewnej z odzyskaniem ciepła dla potrzeb sali gimnastycznej, - wymianę oświetlenia energooszczędne, - pozostałe roboty budowlane i instalacyjne.
