    Rzeczowy zakres projektu obejmuje termomodernizację wielorodzinnego budynku mieszkalnego przy ul. Reja 18A. Zaplanowano następujące prace: - Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, - Modernizacja obróbek blacharskich, - Wymiana stolarki okiennej, - Przebudowa fasady na klatkach schodowych, - Docieplenie ściany dobudówki – przychodnia, - Modernizacja wejść do klatek schodowych, w tym wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, - Wykonanie opaski z kostki brukowej, - Roboty towarzyszące, - Remont kominów ponad dachem, - Docieplenie dachu. Inwestycja wynika z Planu gospodarki niskoemisyjnej dla Miasta Mysłowice a w wyniku jej realizacji poprawie ulegnie efektywność energetyczna budynku oraz zmniejszy się emisja zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery (CO2, PM10).
