Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i doposażenie 5 pracowni praktycznej nauki zawodu w branży informatycznej, gastronomicznej, hotelarskiej i reklamy w Zespole Szkół im. T. Kościuszki w Żarkach przy ul. Myszkowskiej 50. Remont obejmie 2 pracownie informatyczne, 1 pracownię gastronomiczną, 1 pracownię hotelarską wraz z zapleczem, 1 pracownię reklamy wraz z zapleczem. Projekt przyczyni się do wzmocnienia potencjału edukacyjnego i zwiększenia efektywności kształcenia zawodowego. Ponadto w ramach projektu nastąpi dostosowanie infrastrukturalnych szkoły do potrzeb nauczania osób z niepełnosprawnościami poprzez likwidację barier architektonicznych. Projekt przyczyni się do podniesienia kwalifikacji zawodowych, poszerzy ofertę edukacyjną skierowaną do młodzieży oraz wzmocni ich szansę na znalezienie zatrudnienia na lokalnym rynku pracy.
