Przedmiotem inwestycji jest rozbudowa budynku Przedszkola Publicznego nr 1 w Górkach Małych o dwa oddziały przedszkolne, zlokalizowane w nowym zaprojektowanym skrzydle budynku Przedszkola, które będzie powiązane komunikacyjnie z istniejącym obiektem. Inwestycja jest przeznaczona dla dzieci w wieku od 3 do 4 lat mieszkających przede wszystkim na terenie Górek Małych i Górek Wielkich, które stanowią grupę docelową przedmiotowej inwestycji, jak również dla pozostałych dzieci w wieku przeszklonym, ich rodziców, a także nauczycieli i pozostałych pracowników Przedszkola. Dodatkowo ww. inwestycja, dzięki powiązanemu z nią projektowi, który będzie dotyczyć organizacji nowych, dodatkowych zajęć edukacyjnych, będzie miejscem realizacji nowej, rozszerzonej oferty Przedszkola, skierowanej do obecnych i przyszłych przedszkolaków.
