Projektu zakłada eliminowanie zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w PUP poprzez doposażenie stanowisk pracy do potrzeb pracowników i pracodawcy wykonujących na co dzień prace biurowe. Zakup ergonomicznego krzesła biurowego, pozwalającego na zwiększenie komfortu pracy poprzez odciążenia odcinka szyjnego, lędźwiowego, głowy oraz ramion. Zakup podnóżka, podkładek pod nadgarstek, podkładek pod mysz i przed klawiaturę oraz lampek . Udział w szkoleniach: uświadomi pracownikom konieczność działań prewencyjnych. Zapewni wzrost wiedzy na temat zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka i wskaże pracownikom konieczność odpowiednich zachowań i możliwości samodzielnych działań celem eliminacji zidentyfikowanych czynników ryzyka. Umożliwi również nabycie umiejętności pracy z klientem co przyczyni się do ograniczenia przeciążeń psychicznych u pracowników oraz zapobiegnie w przyszłości zjawisku wypalenia zawodowego. Wskaże uczestnikom projektu zachowania pozwalające na radzenie sobie ze stresem. (Polish)

The project assumes the elimination of health risk factors in the PUP by retrofitting jobs to the needs of employees and employers performing day-to-day office work. Purchase of an ergonomic office chair, which allows to increase the comfort of work by relieving the cervical, lumbar, head and shoulders. Buying a footstool, wrist pads, mouse pads and keyboard and lights. Participation in training: it will make employees aware of the need for preventive action. It will increase knowledge of health risk factors and indicate the need for appropriate behaviour and ability to act independently in order to eliminate identified risk factors. It will also make it possible to acquire the skills of working with the customer, which will help to reduce the mental overload of employees and prevent future occupational burnout. He'll show the participants in the project behavior to cope with stress. (English)
