The main objective of the project is to increase the applicant’s competitiveness through the implementation of process, product and non-technological innovation. Within the framework of the project, an innovative healthy snack will be implemented. As a result of the R & D work, the raw material composition and innovative technology of producing healthy fruit-nut snacks with the use of functional additives in any shape was developed. As a result of the project, product innovation will be introduced, thanks to which the assortment structure of the company will be expanded. The new product, distinguished in terms of nutritional value, taste, consistency and shape against the background of competition, will be part of the product range allowing for increased sales levels both on the domestic and international markets. Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy poprzez wdrożenie innowacji procesowej, produktowej i nietechnologicznej. W ramach projektu zostanie wdrożona innowacyjna zdrowa przekąska NA OKRĄGŁO. W wyniku przeprowadzonych prac B+R opracowany został skład surowcowy i innowacyjna technologia produkcji zdrowych przekąsek owocowo-orzechowych z zastosowaniem dodatków funkcjonalnych w dowolnych kształtach. W wyniku realizacji projektu wprowadzona zostanie innowacja produktowa, dzięki której zostanie rozszerzona struktura asortymentowa firmy. Nowy produkt, wyróżniający się pod względem wartości odżywczych, smaku, konsystencji i kształtu na tle konkurencji, będzie stanowił element asortymentu pozwalający na zwiększenie poziomu sprzedaży zarówno na rynku krajowym, jak i międzynarodowym. Zakres projektu obejmuje zakup niezbędnych środków trwałych oraz koszty promocji związane z wdrożeniem nowego produktu na rynek. (Polish)
