The machine implemented as part of the project, in addition to the production capacity, must be characterised by exceptional durability – ultimately, the plant is to operate in continuous mode 24/7. The Centre is to operate mainly on the free market, but also to meet the applicant’s internal needs. The project will create a complete database of equipment necessary to provide comprehensive services: tunnel dishwasher, hood dishwasher, loading/discharge tables, reverse osmosis system for dishwashers, glass polishing and disinfection machines, cutlery polishing and disinfection machines, ultrasound heavy dirt cleaning machine, transport baskets and mobile cutlery counting machines. The project will also be promoted. As a result of the task, two new services and one new product will be introduced. (English)

    Ideą projektu jest stworzenie innowacyjnego centrum obsługi sprzętu cateringowego. Nowo powstałe centrum ma cechować wysoka wydajność technologiczna i niski poziom zużycia mediów. Wdrażana w ramach przedsięwzięcia maszyny, oprócz mocy wytwórczych, musi cechować wyjątkowa trwałość - docelowo, zakład ma działać w trybie ciągłym 24/7. Centrum ma działać głównie na wolnym rynku, ale także realizować potrzeby wewnętrzne Wnioskodawcy. W ramach przedsięwzięcia zostanie stworzona kompletna baza sprzętu, niezbędnego do świadczenia kompleksowych usług: zmywarka tunelowa, zmywarka kapturowa, stoły załadowcze/wyładowcze, system odwróconej osmozy do zmywarek, maszyny do polerowania i dezynfekcji szkła, maszyny do polerowania i dezynfekcji sztućców, maszyna do czyszczenia ciężkich zabrudzeń ultradźwiękami, kosze transportowe i mobilne maszyny do liczenia sztućców. Przewidziano również promocję projektu. W wyniku realizacji zadania, zostaną wprowadzone dwie nowe usługi i jeden nowy produkt. (Polish)
