Projekt jest ukierunkowany na wzrost aktywności na rynku pracy 44 kobiet (K) i mężczyzn (M) zamieszkałych i/lub zatrudnionych na terenie gminy miejskiej Katowice (KTW), przez wprowadzenie rozwiązań ułatwiających godzenie życia rodzinnego i zawodowego, tj. na organizacji placówki opieki dla 24 dziewczynek (DZ) i chłopców (CH) w wieku 20 tyg-3 lata w formie żłobka w okresie od 01.05.2019 do 31.08.2021 oraz w okresie trwałości (2 lata). Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację 3 zadań: 1. Prace dostosowawcze i adaptacyjne w lokalu przeznaczonym na stworzenie miejsc dla 24 DZ i CH mieszczącego się w Katowicach. 2. Bieżące funkcjonowanie żłobka dla 24 DZiCH-działania podstawowe; 3. Bieżące funkcjonowanie żłobka dla 24 DZiCH-działania dodatkowe wyrównujące deficyty i rozwijające uzdolnienia dzieci realizacja zajęć specjalistycznych związanych z koniecznością wspomagania rozwoju i prowadzenia terapii dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi.
