    Celem projektu jest zakup i wdrożenie nowoczesnych narzędzi teleinformatycznych (wyposażenie wraz z oprogramowaniem) służących do wprowadzenia nowoczesnych metod zarządzania kierowcami oraz flotą samochodową – wdrożenie tzw. Ecodrivingu. Nowoczesny Ecodriving to metoda zarządzania, która opiera się zarówno na właściwym nadzorze nad współpracy kierowcy z pojazdem (metody przyśpieszania, hamowania, dobór przełożeń) ale również na właściwym doborze trasy (obciążenie ruchem) oraz informowania kierowcy o zmianach na trasie (wcześniejsza informacja o zatorze umożliwia np. płynne hamowanie silnikiem aż do zatrzymania, minimalizując konieczność użycia hamulców). Jest to zatem komunikacja na linii kierowca – pojazd, oraz operator – kierowca. Nowoczesne rozwiązania sprawiają, iż „operator” jest obecnie autonomicznym i automatycznym oprogramowaniem komputerowym, analizującym dane w czasie rzeczywistym i komunikującym się w sposób zrozumiały z kierowcą.
