The aim of the project is to increase the employability of persons over 30 years of age who are unemployed registered with the PUP in Będzin as unemployed, for whom the I or II profile of aid within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions belonging to at least one of the following groups has been established: people over 50 years of age, women, disabled people, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people. As part of the project, the presentation for each participant of a specific offer of professional activation will precede identification of needs and development/update of the Individual Action Plan. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy zarejestrowanych w PUP w Będzinie jako bezrobotne, dla których ustalony został I lub II profil pomocy w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, należące co najmniej do jednej z wymienionych grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu, przedstawienie dla każdego z uczestników konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej, poprzedzi identyfikacja potrzeb oraz opracowanie/aktualizacja Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
