Rzeczowy zakres projektu obejmuje przebudowę, rozbudowę oraz nadbudowę wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania budynku maszyny wyciągowej w Lędzinach z przeznaczeniem na utworzenie Centrum Usług Społecznych wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu, budową miejsc parkingowych i altany. W budynku przewiduje się usunięcie dachu, wycięcie konstrukcji żelbetowej w podpiwniczeniu, skucie tynków i posadzek, wyburzenie schodów wewnętrznych, wykonanie fundamentów, wymurowanie ścian zewnętrznych, wykonanie konstrukcji żelbetowej i stalowej oraz pokrycia dachu, wykonanie wewnętrznej klatki schodowej, pochylni i schodów zewnętrznych oraz stworzenie 4 kondygnacji, wykonanie instalacji, tynków, posadzek, sufitów, drzwi i okien. Na zewnątrz należy wykonać pokrycie schodów zewnętrznych oraz dobudować strefę wejściową w konstrukcji stalowej. Pod względem formalno-prawnym projekt jest gotowy do realizacji. (Polish)
