Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest przebudowa zdegradowanego budynku w Ujsołach na potrzeby mieszkań socjalnych i Centrum Usług Społecznościowych. Celem szczegółowym przedsięwzięcia jest polepszenie dostępu od usług społecznych dla osób wykluczonych społecznie bądź zagrożonych wykluczeniem. W ramach projektu przewiduje się zagospodarowanie budynku na 10 mieszkań socjalnych oraz CUS. Dzięki utworzeniu Centrum Usług Społecznościowych nastąpi wzrost poziomu aktywności społeczno-zawodowej mieszkańców gminy Ujsoły, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób niepełnosprawnych oraz osób 60+, natomiast mieszkania zostaną przydzielone rodzinom znajdującym się w ciężkiej sytuacji życiowej. W projekcie przewidziano szereg prac umożliwiających użytkowanie poszczególnych pomieszczeń w obiekcie,w tym: roboty budowlane, instalacje elektryczne, instalacje sanitarne, montaż windy dla osób niepełnosprawnych. The subject of this project is the reconstruction of the degraded building in Uesoły for social housing and the Community Services Centre. The specific objective of the project is to improve access from social services for those who are socially excluded or at risk of exclusion. The project envisages the development of the building for 10 social housing and CUS. Thanks to the creation of the Centre for Community Services, the level of socio-occupational activity of residents of the municipality of Ujsoły will increase, with particular emphasis on disabled people and 60+ people, while housing will be allocated to families in difficult living conditions. The project envisages a number of works enabling the use of individual premises in the facility, including: construction works, electrical installations, sanitary installations, installation of an elevator for people with disabilities.
