The aim of the project is to rebuild and adapt the premises in two buildings in Siemianowice Śląskie for the purpose of organising the Centre for Social Services. The implementation of this project will provide easier access to social services for the local population at risk of social exclusion. The infrastructure of the Centre for the Social Services Centre for Adults and the Youth Welfare Facility, bringing up children’s and young people’s support for children and young people, will ensure a fast and better access than hitherto to a variety of social measures targeting the inhabitants of the municipality. The scope of the work is planned as follows: construction work, fit-out works, finishing works and installation works. CUS will support socially excluded actors in active inclusion services of a nature: social, educational, health. The task of caring for children will be to support families in the process of preparing children for independent living through educational and preventive activities. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa i adaptacja pomieszczeń w dwóch budynkach w Siemianowicach Śląskich na cele zorganizowania w nich Centrum Usług Społecznych. Realizacja niniejszego projektu zapewni łatwiejszego dostępu do usług społecznych dla lokalnej ludności zagrożonej wykluczeniem społecznym. Infrastruktura Centrum Usług Społecznych dla dorosłych oraz Placówka Opiekuńczo – Wychowawcza wsparcia dziennego dla dzieci i młodzieży zapewni szybki i lepszy niż dotychczas dostęp do różnorodnych typów działań społecznych kierowanych do mieszkańców gminy. Zaplanowano następujący zakres prac: roboty konstrukcyjne, roboty adaptacyjne, roboty wykończeniowe i instalacyjne. CUS będzie wspierało osoby wykluczone społecznie w ramach usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze: społecznym, edukacyjnym, zdrowotnym. Zadaniem Placówki Opiekuńczo – Wychowawczej będzie wspieranie rodziny w procesie przygotowywania dzieci i młodzieży do samodzielnego życia poprzez zajęcia edukacyjne i profilaktyczne. (Polish)
