The aim of the project is to rebuild the premises which are part of the housing stock of the municipality in order to be able to fulfil their social functions. As a result of the project, 15 dwellings with a total useful floor area of 578.46 m² will be available, the premises will be ready to live. The current technical state of the premises and therefore the scope of work required varies considerably. On the basis of construction projects, the average range of works can be expected to be the following: removal of existing floor layers, replacement or repair: electrical steel; water-to-kan; heating; window and door frames; wall and ceiling plaster, installation of new sanitary facilities, wall painting. The beneficiary of the project is the City of Siemianowice Śląskie. In close cooperation with the IIP, residents of upgraded social housing units will participate in non-investment activities co-financed by the ESF. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa lokali wchodzących w skład mieszkaniowego zasobu gminy, celem ich przystosowania do pełnienia funkcji socjalnych. W wyniku realizacji projektu udostępnionych zostanie 15 mieszkań o łącznej powierzchni użytkowej 578,46 m2, lokale będą gotowe do zamieszkania. Obecny stan techniczny lokali, a co za tym idzie – konieczny zakres prac, jest znacznie zróżnicowany. Na podstawie projektów budowlanych wskazać można przeciętny zakres robót to jest m.in.: usuwanie istniejących warstw posadzkowych, wymiana lub naprawa: inst. elektrycznej; wod-kan; grzewczej; stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej; tynków ścian i sufitów, montaż nowych urządzeń sanitarnych, malowanie ścian. Beneficjentem projektu jest Miasto Siemianowice Śląskie. W ramach ścisłej współpracy z MOPS mieszkańcy przebudowanych mieszkań socjalnych uczestniczyć będą w działaniach pozainwestycyjnych dofinansowanych ze środków EFS. (Polish)
