The aim of the project is to reduce the risk of social exclusion of parts of the local community by allowing people to live in social premises whose standard and maintenance requirements are adapted to the possibilities of this part of the local community at risk of exclusion. As a result of the project, 11 new social housing will be created located in four districts of Ruda Śląska with a total area of 631.07 square meters. The project includes the execution of the necessary construction and installation works with adaptation of the requirements for social housing, for those who will also be participants in a project carried out under the ESF, aimed at helping and activating residents at risk of social exclusion.     Przedmiotem projektu jest adaptacja nieużytkowanych lokali stanowiących własność gminy Ruda Śląska na mieszkania socjalne. Celem projektu jest ograniczenie problemu zagrożenia wykluczeniem społecznym części społeczności lokalnej poprzez umożliwienie zamieszkania w lokalach socjalnych, których standard i wymagania związane z ich utrzymaniem dostosowane są do możliwości tej części społeczności lokalnej zagrożonej wykluczeniem. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie 11 nowych mieszkań socjalnych zlokalizowanych w czterech dzielnicach miasta Ruda Śląska o łącznej powierzchni 631,07 metrów kwadratowych. Projekt obejmuje wykonanie niezbędnych robót budowlanych oraz instalacyjnych z dostosowaniem wymagań dla mieszkań socjalnych, dla osób które będą zarazem uczestnikami projektu przeprowadzonego w ramach EFS, którego celem jest pomoc i aktywizacja mieszkańców zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym.
