The project includes a diagnosis of the situation of participants in the labour market, including their remoteness from the labour market and the formulation of IPDs, soft skills workshops and differentiated forms of training (including preparing for certification and IT examinations) and 6-month work placements for 120 participants. Support for persons with disabilities shall include the assisted employment method. The aim of the project is to obtain the employment of participants (at least 3 months, at least 1/2 time) in line with the employment performance indicators for each group set out in the selection rules.     Projekt skierowany do 220 os. bezrobotnych lub nieaktywnych zaw. (w tym 130K i 90M), powyżej 30. roku życia zamieszkałych (w rozumieniu kc) na obszarze rewitalizowanym OSI miasta Bytom, należących do grup o szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (osoby powyżej 50. roku życia, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne). Projekt obejmuje diagnozę sytuacji uczestników na rynku pracy, w tym ich oddalenie od rynku pracy oraz sformułowanie IPD, warsztaty umiejętności miękkich oraz zróżnicowane indywidualnie formy szkoleń (w tym przygotowujące do egzaminów certyfikujących oraz z zakresu IT) oraz 6-miesięczne staże zawodowe dla 120 uczestników. Wsparcie dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami obejmuje metodę zatrudnienia wspomaganego. Celem projektu jest uzyskanie zatrudnienia uczestników (co najmniej 3-miesiące, co najmniej 1/2 etatu) zgodnie z wskaźnikami efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla poszczególnych grup określonymi w regulaminie naboru.
