The project will provide career guidance and soft competences, an opportunity to gain experience in the form of internships or subsidies and vocational training. The project will run from 01.10.19-31.08.21 to Siemianowice. The project shall provide for the performance of the project at a minimum of: 44 % for persons with disabilities, 44 % for the long-term unemployed, 44 % for small quarters, 44 % for women, 56 % for for women. It is assumed that at least 53 participants in the project will take up a job. (English)

    Celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa 94 zarejestr. w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Siemianowicach Śl. (PUP) bezrobotnych powyżej 30 roku życia (od dnia 30 urodzin), należących II profilu pomocy oraz jednej z poniższych grup w trudnej sytuacji: -os.50+, -kobiety (szczególnie powrac. na rynek pracy po przewie związanej z ur. i wych. dziecka) , -os. z niepełnosprawnościami, -os. dług. bezrobotne, -os. o niskich kwal. W projekcie zostanie zapewnione poradnictwo zawodowe oraz zajęcia z kompetencji miękkich, sposobność do zdobycia doświadczenia zaw. w postaci staży lub zatrudnienia subsyd., a dla części os. szkolenia zawodowe. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 01.10.19-31.08.21. na terenie Siemianowic. Projekt przewiduje efektywność zatrud. na poziomie co najmniej: 44% dla os. niepełnosprawnych, 44% dla os. dług. bezrobotnych, 44% dla os. o niskich kwal., 44% dla kobiet, 56% dla os. niekwal. się do wym. grup.
