The project is addressed to a group of 12 people (8 women and 4 men), including 5 disabled persons with a light, moderate or significant degree of disability from Pruszcz Gdański commune. These are people who are in employment, long-term social assistance, poverty-affected, at risk of social exclusion and marginalisation, and who are suffering from the syndrome of learned helplessness. People who are likely to be eligible for the project will not be able to overcome their problems without additional support to ensure a change in their lives. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion and to strengthen their own independence and self-determination. Specific objectives of the project: • Social activation of at least 80 % of project participants • Acquiring or strengthening social competences, resourcefulness, independence and social activity. • Professional activation of at least 30 % of project participants • Increasing the employability of project participants The following actions will be undertaken as part of the project: • Diagnosis of project participants • psychological counseling, psychosocial • workshops shaping social skills, personal • environmental support-assistant family • career guidance • job mediation • courses, training • internships The most important effect of the activities will be taking and maintaining work participants and strengthening life and social independence understood as increasing self-confidence, improving ability to solve emerging problems in personal and professional life, equalising professional opportunities of women in particular caring for children. Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 12 osób (8 kobiet i 4 mężczyzn), w tym 5 osób niepełnosprawnych z lekkim, umiarkowanym lub znacznym stopniem niepełnosprawności z Gminy Pruszcz Gdański. Są to osoby niepracujące, długotrwale korzystające z pomocy społecznej, dotknięte ubóstwem, zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym i marginalizacją oraz przejawiające syndrom wyuczonej bezradności. Do projektu zostaną zakwalifikowane osoby, co do których istnieje duże prawdopodobieństwo, że bez wsparcia dodatkowego, zapewniającego zmianę w ich życiu nie zostaną zniwelowane ich problemy. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym oraz wzmocnienie samodzielności życiowej i samostanowienia o własnym losie. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: • Aktywizacja społeczna co najmniej 80% uczestników projektu • Nabycie lub wzmocnienie kompetencji społecznych, zaradności, samodzielności i aktywności społecznej. • Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 30% uczestników projektu • Podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu W ramach projektu zostaną podjęte następujące działania: • diagnoza uczestników projektu • poradnictwo psychologiczne, psychospołeczne • warsztaty kształtujące umiejętności społeczne, osobiste • wsparcie środowiskowe-asystent rodziny • poradnictwo zawodowe • pośrednictwo pracy • kursy, szkolenia • staże Najważniejszym efektem działań będzie podjęcie i utrzymanie przez uczestników pracy oraz wzmocnienie samodzielności życiowej i społecznej rozumiane jako zwiększenie pewności siebie, poprawa umiejętności rozwiązywania pojawiających się problemów w życiu osobistym i zawodowym, wyrównanie szans zawodowych kobiet w szczególności opiekujących się dziećmi. Proces wsparcia w ramach projektu oparty będzie o zindywidualizowaną ścieżkę reintegracji. W ramach realizacji projektu zostaną wykorzystane narzędzie kontraktu socjalnego. (Polish)
