Project implemented in the period from December 2016 to the end of June 2019, in partnership of non-governmental organisations and labour market institutions and aid institutions: Foundation Positive Initiatives (FPI), Foundation for Social Integration Centre (FCIS), Puck Hospice St. Father Pio (HOP), Foundation for Citizens’ Activity Forum (FAO), Association “Active Puck” (SAP) and Puck County (PP), through its organizational unit – Poviat Labour Office (PUP). 154 people affected or at risk of poverty or social exclusion will be supported, including 15 % of people with disabilities (ON) and their families, in particular those who are unemployed and disabled from Puck County. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of members of the target group through social and professional integration activities carried out within the following tasks: 1. Social integration, 2. Integration of a professional nature, 3. Apprenticeships. The project activities will achieve a socio-employment efficiency ratio of 80 % (including employment efficiency of 30 % – the measurement applies only to the unemployed) and the long-term result index – 46 people from the target group will work within 6 months from the end of their participation in the project. Individual Reintegration Path and Participants’ support will not be duplicated with support from other projects co-financed under Priority Axis 6. (English)

    Projekt realizowany w okresie od grudnia 2016 do końca czerwca 2019, w partnerstwie organizacji pozarządowych oraz instytucji rynku pracy i instytucji pomocowych: Fundacja Pozytywne Inicjatywy (FPI), Fundacja Centrum Integracji Społecznej (FCIS), Puckie Hospicjum pw. św. Ojca Pio (HOP), Fundacja Forum Aktywności Obywatelskie (FAO), Stowarzyszenie „Aktywny Puck” (SAP) oraz Powiat Pucki (PP), poprzez swoją jednostkę organizacyjną – Powiatowy Urząd Pracy (PUP). Wsparciem zostaną objęte 154 osoby dotknięte lub zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym 15% osób niepełnosprawnych (ON), a także ich rodziny, w szczególności osoby pozostające bez zatrudnienia oraz osoby niepełnosprawne z terenu powiatu puckiego. Celem projektu jest wzrost zatrudnienia członków grupy docelowej poprzez działania z zakresu integracji społecznej i zawodowej realizowane w ramach następujących zadań: 1. Integracja o charakterze społecznym, 2. Integracja o charakterze zawodowym, 3. Staże zawodowe. Działania projektowe pozwolą na osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 80% (w tym efektywność zatrudnieniowa wyniesie 30% - pomiar dotyczy wyłącznie osób pozostających bez pracy) oraz wskaźnika rezultatu długoterminowego – 46 osób z grupy docelowej będzie pracowało w okresie 6 miesięcy od momentu zakończenia przez nich uczestnictwa w projekcie. Indywidualna Ścieżka Reintegracji i wsparcie uczestników nie będą się powielały ze wsparciem w ramach innych projektów dofinansowanych w ramach Osi Priorytetowej 6. (Polish)
