Projekt obejmuje aktywizację zawodową 45 osób (w tym 27 kobiet) w wieku powyżej 30 r. życia (od dnia 30 urodzin), pozostających bez pracy, tj. bezrobotnych, na terenie m.Tychy oraz powiatu bieruńsko-lędzińskiego w okresie od 01.03.2017 do 28.02.2019 w szczególności osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, w wieku 50+ oraz kobiet, poprzez zwiększenie kompetencji i doświadczenia zawodowego uczestników projektu. W ramach projektu przeprowadzony zostanie nabór do 3 edycji po 15 os. (łącznie 45 os.). Następnie odbędzie się diagnozowanie predyspozycji zawodowych wraz z poradnictwem zawodowym, po którym uczestnicy/czki wymagający uzupełnienia deficytów skierowani/e zostaną na szkolenia zawodowe (21 os.), następnie na trzymiesięczne staże (45 os.) które pozwolą na zwiększenie lub nabycie doświadczenia zawodowego i umiejętności zawodowych. Projekt realizowany jest na terenie m. Tychy (woj. śląskie). Efektem końcowym będzie podjęcie pracy przez min. 43 % UP (35% UP długotrwale bezrobotnych). (Polish)
