Celem proj. jest wsparcie osób pozostających bez pracy w znalezieniu zatrudnienia poprzez podniesienie lub nabycie kwalifikacji, wiedzy i umiejętności umożliwiających podjęcie pracy. Proj. skierowany jest do mieszkańców podregionu bytomskiego, powyżej 29 r.ż., o niskich kwalifikacjach. Grupą preferowaną w proj. są kobiety, osoby po 50 r.ż. oraz niepełnosprawni. W ramach proj. realizowane będą kursy specjalistyczne zgodne z indywidualnymi predyspozycjami uczestnika (UP), a także poradnictwo zawodowe i coaching, których celem jest kształtowanie aktywnych podstaw, motywacji oraz swobody w poruszaniu się po rynku pracy. Proj. realizowany jest w okresie od lutego 2017r. do lipca 2018r. Biuro proj. mieści się na terenie Tarnowskich Gór. W wyniku proj. 85%UP podniesie swoje kwalifikacje. Zakładany wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej (WEZ) dla os. niepełnosprawnych to min. 17%, dla os. długotrwale bezrobotnych to min. 35%, dla os. o niskich kwalifikacjach min. 36%. (Polish)
