Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest zwiększenie wykorzystania Technologii Informacyjno – Komunikacyjnych w procesach biznesowych realizowanych przez firmę Wnioskodawcy.Niniejsza inwestycja polega na wyposażeniu firmy w dwa współpracujące ze sobą nowoczesne systemy informatyczne umożliwiające kompleksową obsługę przedsiębiorstw w zakresie prowadzonej gospodarki energetycznej. Zmodernizowany zostanie proces monitoringu energetycznego opartego na zdalnej kontroli pracy liczników rozszerzonego o e-usługę oraz proces wyboru optymalnej oferty dla klienta. W ramach projektu zostaną poniesione następujące koszty: • Koszty nabycia wartości niematerialnych i prawnych bezpośrednio związanych z wdrażaną technologią • Koszty usług doradczych świadczonych przez dostawców zewnętrznych dotyczących opracowania dokumentacji źródłowej nowego systemu • Koszty szkoleń (Polish)
