Celem projektu jest znaczące usprawnienie relacji B2B pomiędzy Wnioskodawcą i jego partnerami biznesowymi – dostawcami usług transportowych z jednej strony, i odbiorcami usług transportowych, spedycyjnych i logistycznych z drugiej. Przedsięwzięcie będzie polegało na zakupie i wdrożeniu innowacyjnego systemu informatycznego, który obejmie wszystkie obszary i stanowiska w firmie Wnioskodawcy, oraz niezbędnego sprzętu informatycznego, gwarantującego sprawne i bezpieczne funkcjonowanie systemu. Zostaną także przeprowadzone niezbędne szkolenia dla pracowników obsługujących system. Dzięki wdrożeniu nowego systemu firma uzyska możliwość sprawniejszej, szybszej i odpowiadającej wyzwaniom współczesnego świata obsługi logistycznej i transportowej, a tym samym podniesie swoją konkurencyjność w tej dynamicznie rozwijającej się branży.
