Przedmiotem projektu będzie wdrożenie innowacji procesowej opartej o technologię wytwarzania rdzeni transformatorowych z blach krzemowych i materiałów magnetycznie miękkich. Zostanie również wprowadzona innowacja produktowa gdzie w wyniku projektu zostaną wdrożone do oferty firmy następujące produkty: - konstrukcje rdzeni zwijanych nieprzecinanych. - konstrukcje karkasów cewek.. - konstrukcja urządzenia mechatronicznego, tj.nawijarki do rdzeni oraz nawijarki do uzwojeń cewek W celu wdrożenia w/w innowacji planuje się zakup następujących środków trwałych: - Bramowe centrum obróbcze 5-cio osiowe - Elektroerozyjna wycinarka drutowa 5-cio osiowa - Współrzędnościowa maszyna pomiarowa 3D - Wgłębne centrum elektroerozyjne - Piec do wyżarzania rdzeni W wyniku realizacji przedsięwzięcia zostanie utworzonych 5 nowych miejsc pracy. Zaproponowane produkty będą innowacyjnym rozwiązaniem na skalę kraju potwierdzonym opinią o innowacyjności (Polish)
